MEET MICHEL COHEN 

 Michel is an expert in capital markets; he led the equity desk of the investment group Value Brokerage in Mexico City from 1997 to 2001. From 2001–2011 Michel served as Vice-President of Gadol Holdings, a homebuilder of several thousand homes per year in different states of Mexico. Currently he is a partner of Gadol Holdings and serves on the advisory board.

He is an independent financial advisor at LM GROUP, since joining in 2013 has contributed his investment and real estate experience to the team. On a daily basis, Michel focuses primarily on trading and asset allocation, business development, raising capital, and investor relations.

Michel is the co-founder of Downtown Works, a premium co-working community based in the heart of downtown San Diego. Michel is also a partner and principal of Ladera Quality Meats and Ladera Quality Produce, these are companies related to the meat and produce industry, dedicated to import-export and distribution of wholesale meat, poultry and a variety of produce.

Michel is the principal of Draco Equity, the private equity arm of Walket focusing heavily on opportunistic and value added real estate investments in the US. Draco Equity has made over 100 acquisitions in different verticals and markets, with holdings in hotels, multifamily units, commercial spaces, office buildings, industrials, land bank and commercial space. 

In 2015 Michel became an equity partner and principal of Performance Wealth Investments, also a real estate company, which focuses in commercial real estate in Southern California, adding his experience in the sector to the company.
